OH EM GEE!!! I am so excited to be blogging about this wedding! You have no idea how excited Martin and I were for December 6th to arrive! Other than being excited to shoot another wedding, what had us more hyped was that it was two of our closest friends getting married! YAY! YAY! YAY!
It was an early wedding and usually it’s so hard to get up at 5AM, BUT! for Stacy and Brandon’s wedding sleep wasn’t even in our thoughts! We woke up with no hesitation, got ready, and headed to Lake Mary! I felt such happiness when I saw Stacy and the girls getting ready! You see, originally I was a bridesmaid and my husband a groomsman, but Stacy and Brandon also wanted us as their photographers! So, Martin and I completed all of our bridesmaid and groomsman duty in every step of the way towards the wedding, and on the wedding day we switched our roles to photographers. Best decision ever!
The wedding day was such a bliss! Everything was so beautiful, specially Stacy! I have to admit, I cried! I cried during the ceremony, their first dance, the daughter and father dance, the son and mother dance… pretty much the whole wedding! I even cried going over the images and want to know a secret? I think I even saw a tear coming down from Martin’s eye! (lol) …. or maybe something just got inside his eye… hahaha!
We couldn’t be more happy for Stacy and Brandon, for this wonderful journey of marriage, for their new home, and new adventures! Well, here are some of our favorites… Try not to cry! (;
Brandon and Stacy, we are SO happy for you both! Thank you both for allowing us to capture one of the most important days of your lives! We love you both so much!
